Default Thanks Guys...

@ Michigan Joe - I use a model Masters spray called "Lacquer Overcoat" its a Lusterless (Flat).

I step back a good distance away from the figure and tap the top of the spray can about 4 to 6 times all from different angles of the figure just to make sure I seal all the decals. I let the mist of the spray hit the figure. If you get to close, too much of the spray will make them all clumpy and in some case depending on the plastic of your figure or the type of paint you used it will swell your player up much like that triple thick does. Hope that helps you my friend!

for matte/dull/flat varnish, you can also simply use a mate medium (brush liquid acrylic), available in arts supplies stores.

Common brands are liquitex or pebeo, for example. I use Pebeo brand. I sometimes use vallejo game color mate varnish also.

But my mate varnishes are slightly more "satin" than the spray can Hook is using. On his pics, the figures are really mate, wich is really cool

Perhaps in the future I'll use both technics. Acrylic brush on, than acrylic spray can (to be sure to not "eat" the decals with the spray solvents).
