Default CBSMF Rules Session starts in...

10 minutes.

I will only be doing this for 30 minutes.

I definitely need to start on time.

Default We will do as many...

as need be - and they will get better.

We will have some things scripted out to make it more of a seamless 30 minute session.

I think between Mike Robertson, Mozeek, Greco, GHardmon, and other coaches who have played under the system, we will be able to answer things quickly while the online demonstrations are going on.

We will look at creating some time slots to do these sessions and hope that more and more people who are preparing to play in the CBSMF will join us!

Default Offensive Line splits

Reg,
What's the deal with line splits (minimum -V- maximum space between linemen)? I was under the impression that the maximum distance that you could separate linemen was the width of a TTC or Rookie Base, and that the limemen bases can actually touch as long as their arms are not interlocked. Also, the center has to be on the line of scrimmage, and the tackles, and guards 1 yrd. back. Is that correct? Please explain the full scenario.
Thanx
ERob

E Rob you are correct...The line splits as they read in the ruleset "state that the maximum distance between bases is the width" (front of base width)...not length as some will try.....

Thanx Mozeek & Shabby J. I also need to know what is the minimum space between the linemen. I've seen guys line all of their linemen up side by side with the bases touching. This brings me to the determination that maximum space is the width of the front of the base, and there is no minimum space required between the linemen...you just have to make sure that the center is 1 yard in front of the rest of the linemen. Please clarify!
