Does Madden football hurt EF popularity?

MADDEN: Possitive- Is playable, looks like and reflects real football, has 1 set of instructions, every one all over the world plays the same way. Trys to improve the playability and realism every year. Holds true to what football is.

Negative-You don't have to understand how a play works, you don't build your own players and team, you just push a button, your responsible for one player, your not able to think for each position, your not required to understand each positions duty and responsibility on a given play. The computer thinks for you 98% of the time.

EF:Positive- You can build your own players and teams, it is hands on allowing you to interact with the play and players.

Negative-Doesn't have 1 set of instructions, is not playable, doesn't look like, or reflect real football, every one doesn't play the same way, boards to small, real football rules not used and enforced, playability does not improved.


EF 12 Madden 42

We are hear at the half, with AB in the booth along with JB,Terry, and Jimmy. ( JB)- EF Half time adjustments, AB, you have seen the play for the first half of this game, tell me what does team EF need to do to close the gap hear in the second half.
(AB)- EF needs to advance it's playability for all. Eliminate the negative plays, and have a more balanced attack on offense.

The QB is old and needs to be benched for a younger more well rounded QB who as the tools to advance the passing game for all.

Physically they are old and out of shape, the running game is not there, and thay look lost on the field, there playing flag football and not tackle.

On the positive end they kicked 4 field goals with face masks and chin straps 1=3, decals 2=6, new leagues forming around the country 3=9, and tournaments 4=12. But they need to get into the red zone and score TD's and play much better on defense and not give up the big play.

Now honestly we cant believe that for a kid it is a choice between Madden or MF. I am positive that less that 1% of the kids that play Madden have ever been offered MF. The Madden game is simply another choice for a gaming system that the kids have. They have a game system and simply buy whatever they are into wether it be Racing,Hunting, or Fighting etc. I dont think Madden hurts or helps MF.

It Is My Beleif That Madden May Hurt Ef, But Is Only Because We Have Made It Easier For Ourself And For Our Kids. When I Was Growing Up I Had To Like Many Of The Rest Of Us Had To Use Our Imagination ,and Had To Create Our Fun. These Type Of Games Have Made Us Set On Our Couches And Recliners And Learn How To Punch Buttons Although There Is Some Strategy To It,it Still Doesnt Match The Game Of Ef.this Is My Opinion And Many May Agree And Many May Disagree ,but I Am For Getting Of The Couch And Useing Our Imagination And Creating Something Instead Of Having It Done For Us.
