Default Chris is One of My...

favorites! I've never met a more willing artist than Chris. I had heard many great things about Chris but when we finally met each other, it was like long-lost brothers. He immediately called me Big brother. Heck, I've always been the baby in my family. I guess he got that from Jay Boy.

But Chris and I have often talked about collaborating on some projects. He's one of those guys similar to the late-Dirk Thomas in that he was just a good hearted person. People take his kindness as a weakness.

I remember at Don Smith's event, we were like kids at a candy store wanting to tell each other about our experiences in the game. Chris has given away so many of his ideas, pitfalls that I had to warn him about.

But the thing I remember most about Chris is that he could envision things that I envisioned. He could take nothing and make something out of it. He did things that I did not do. One thing in particular was how he had crafted football players to be wrestlers and created a ring for them to wrestle in. He would turn on the board and the wrestlers would grapple! I thought that was about one of the most incredible displays of ingenuity I have seen.

I believe there are geniuses in every field and to me, this is definitely one of those true geniuses. He thinks outside the box. He see's things that normal people don't see. And things he do transcends the game. That type of praise should not be thrown out to often but in this case, I definitely agree that he is ahead of his time. I just wish I had him around me so I can learn things by OSMOSIS.

Hey EFL brothers, this thread is very interesting to me. I don't want anybody to take this wrong, but I feel it needs to be said. I only want to encourage, never to discourage.

I don't know Chris Robinson or Dewayne Jennings, but you all speak highly of them, so I'll take your word for it. I just want you to know that all they have done is follow their passions. I don't mean to belittle what they have done, because they truly are great artist.

I would like to encourage the rest of you to follow your dreams. You can do the same things if you put your minds to it. I think too often we stand around applauding people for doing what we wish we could do when all the while we could be doing it ourself. Maybe yours won't turn out quite as good, but you won't know unless you try.

To me, Reggie's figures set the standard. When they came out I was amazed at the detail, now I'm amazed at Dewayne's! What might you do? I think a true genius is a person who does what they love, and follows his heart. If that's what it takes, then we could all be geniuses. These guys inspire me, and for that I am truly grateful!

Hey Wolf,

I'll see you in Jacksonville, and yes I will bring the figure that I set aside for you!

Thanks for all of your support!
