It was a tournament in which you was served as several big name coaches were knocked out by the future generation (Will and Robert Chalmers and Paul "Spike" Diamond).

In the semifinals Raiderman beat Kevin Smith with a late touchdown 7 - 6. In the other semifinal I edged Ed Scott 17-14.

In the championship game Raiderman had 7-3 halftime lead and then took the second half kickoff and marched downfield with a 14 play drive which resulted in a field goal. After the ensuing kick-off I hit a long pass down to Raiderman's 8 yard line with only 2 plays left. On first down Raiderman made a great defensive play for a 8 yard loss and the last play was an incompletion for the 10-3 final.

This being my 3rd loss in championship games in the last 13 months my good friend Ed Roche has said that I am truly a "Maker of Champions."

Again Congratulations to Raiderman for his victory, thanks to George Diamond for putting on a great event, also thanks to Mike Guttman for his assistance in running the event and to Lynn Weirdwolf Schmidt for running the MCFA Skills competition.

Default Thanks

Hey thanks guys. I'm having surgery today to get that horseshoe (good luck charm) removed from my hind quarters. Marcus Allen is being highly sought after by the York County Sting. They are in serious contract negotiations this morning.

Playing my good friend Joey G twice in (11) months for Championship hardware is insane! Most guys his age only talk about when they played EF as a kid but not Joe. Joe is a great coach and an even better dad. His son really looks up to him. You could see that Zack was really proud of his dad yesterday and looks up to him. Joe is the kind of dad us young fathers can learn from him.

And to my Leaguemate Spike, I'm proud of you young man. You made the Harrisburg League proud. You ticked off Tom Johnson but you made us proud. LOL!! That doesn't mean I'm taking it easy on you in two weeks in the HCBL either!!

To all of my old friends and my new ones that I made this weekend, you guys all ROCK!

Remember, never shut someone down because they're different. Accept people for who they are and if you take the time to talk to them you'll realize that they just need a friend too. Just because some acts "different" is no reason to throw them to the wolves. Just sit back and thank God that you didn't go through what they did in life to make them act that way.

RAIDERMAN

Default Congratulations

to both of you. The trip from Ohio was well worth it, some great action. Man, those young kids are really something to watch. Everyone I met was for the first time, as it was my first tourney it was my pleasure. I'll be sure to have the correct equipment the next time, but it was truely a cool experience. Thanks to G. Diamond for the event and all others who assisted.
