If we do it at the Stearn Center, we will have the camp in option also. That's where I will be staying!

I would say a good starting number would be 40 to 50 rooms. There are good number of coaches who probably have not seen this post yet. Also, this is a year in advance. As time goes on, you will see pick up after pick up. any hotel would love a 40 to 50 size group. They would probably give us that room and more for free. 5 MILES FROM THE STEARN CENTER IS GREAT. That hotel is near many restaurants so that wont be a problem. That hotel must get moving and set up the reservations before all the traveling agencies get rolling. Alot of hotels dont have reservations set up for 2010 yet. I think they have a small waiting period before opening up the flood gates. If this hotel can hook us up now to beat the crowd that would be awesome.

THURS THE 5TH to SUN THE 8TH. (FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WILL BE 2 NON TRAVEL DAYS RESULTING IN EXTREME FUN FOR THE MFCA !!!)
