Default Ken, your idea is very similar to ...

one that Michael Robertson had proposed a few years back. We were discussing ways to do this but one of the problems when you play with guys from all walks of life is that everyone's intentions in the game is not the same. So to police any of these methods would be difficult - UNLESS you established a league with guys who think like you and want the same thing that you do and where ethics take a front seat in the game.

Like I had stated near the start, you'd definitely have to have strict enforcement policies on personnel management. It could be done if all were on board. The funny thing is - they would have so much fun trying to create their team.

I liked Joel's suggestion too of zeroing out a basket and then putting all your 35 players in the basket to reach 157.50 grams. At that point, the players could then be registered just to let everyone know who weighed what.

I just know, I am having too much fun right about now, knowing some teams are definitely better with the run than the pass.

Anyone caught .02 over forfeits immediately. That would take care of any disparity.

OK Coaches what do you think???

What I have done is do reserch for each year that I picked per Team.
Example 2000 Baltimore Ravens.
I found a web site that ranked each player for the year that I wanted.
Here is the example of Part of Baltimore's Team

Rk Player AV
1 Ray Lewis 22
2 Rob Burnett 21
3 Sam Adams 18
4 Rod Woodson 18
5 Jonathan Ogden 13
6 Jamal Lewis 12
7 Michael McCrary 12
8 Chris McAlister 11
9 Jamie Sharper 11

So the web site gave me the rankings and I just tweak as good as I can then add wieght to get the players to meet there rankings. The hardest for me to match is the safties and QB's.

As you can see Baltimore will have one great "D" put a poor "0" which is just what they had.

Please leave feedback.

Default MPFL Style!!!

In that style you can do whatever you want and build your team how you want to.Your line can be as heavy as the base will allow. That is why rookie bases are the bases of choice. They are easier to add weight to.With multiple stops, you re-direct your players. You create your own team.Just an idea---STT

Default Here is 10 minutes of ...

plays by the Carolina Panthers using the CWD Solitaire Shootout Method. For some of you Shootout coaches who find yourself locked in up in the Northeast and want to get your MF groove on, as you can see, the plays are no different from when we play competition play other than you need to have a playbook and you roll the dice to determine the actual plays.

For Carolina, the playbook was not elaborate so you are seeing the first possession of the Panthers and the plays are basic in nature. I want to just point out that the Panthers have a good offensive line but the receivers, Steve Smith and M.Muhammad and RB S. Davis are the heaviest/superstar players.

If you look at the plays as they happen, Muhammad is a beast getting open but the play may not call for a pass, but instead a run. If that happens, I have to go with the play - this is determined by the Box.

Also, this is RAW footage using an HD camera! I love High Def! It's taking my MF experience to a whole different level. Hope you like the video. Also, check out all the different poses. If you familiarize yourself with the figures and get some of my customizing videos, you can do a lot of this. It just takes time and energy to learn to do this.

These were $2 stock poses turned into $25 masterpeices!

Default Dimitri, one thing I do...

is continue to try to make my MF experience and my customers experience the best there is.

With the advances in technology (HD Cameras) and Youtube HD and software packages (movie editing) aimed at HD cameras, it's becoming increasingly better in the production of videos.

I specifically stayed up during the night to download this video to see if the quality would be what I wanted. At first, it was showing very blurry and I downloaded it a second time. However, after the first showing had went through the processing parts, it became very good, and thus HD quality.

What this does is show a significant breakthrough to get the continuous DVD quality that I could not get in the past on Youtube. I just got to learn this new software I've got and put this other software down. It's been good software but somewhere in the processing of the film, it never gives the clarity of picture that I was hoping for.

So yes, there is a marked difference in this video and those of the past. I just have to remember how I did this.

Love the video quality, Reg.

Even though Carolina got smoked, it looks like they are going to be able to run the ball a little bit. They were finding some holes up the middle for Davis against that Fearsome 4some.
