Default New Board

I have been in contact with a gentlemen that is willing to help me out with a new board concept. My goal is to get rid of dead spots and to have things wireless.
I will keep all informed as things move forward.

Default Oh Mighty Tron hear this!

The Silverhorse has found your fortress of solitude and with sword in hand I shall scale the wall and defeat your unbelief in the law of electric football....KNEEL BEFORE THE FOOTBALL OF POWER...and feel it's rath for those unbelievers as yourself...for now is the time...now is the power...when a new day shall dawn on the fields of electricity...the fields of vibrating power...perpetual motion shall never end and Tron shall pay dearly with his vengence on his fellow soliders...his castle shall be overwhelmed and he will only know one thing...THE SILVERHORSE HAS BROUGHT MAJESTY AND GLORY TO OUR GAME! FOR I GIVE YOU....

THE TWEAK!

Is electric football dead ? NO !!!!!

It's just changed names, but the core of electric football is still there and unchanged.

Cosmetic changes such as decals, figures, face mask however positive does not change the fact that electric football, and miniature football are one and the same.

A change in a name doesn't change it's identity.

You are right about guys reinventing things, this is something that hurts the hobby rather than help it.

The core of electric football is ttqb passing is the main weapon, offense controls the switch, any touch is a tackle, tweaking bases for speed and strength, small boards, 3.0, 4.0 weight of the figures.

In art terms the core of electric football is Classicism: Adherance to traditional standard, simplicity, Abstract: Having only intrinsic form with little or no attempt at pictorial representation or nerative content, and Expressionism: Not objective reality but subjective emotion.

Realism: Accurate representation without idealization.

Now I'm sure that some graduate from the Acme University School of Higher Learning " Wile E Coyote Super Genius " may think that I'm pushing my system,........WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe it is dead as far wording is concerned now that the transition has been made from Electric Football to Miniature Football. I was sharing with a new coach in my area the other how the has changed since he last played and he was speechless. I am sure others will agree that the sky is the limit as far as the hobby goes.

Far from dead...we are at an all time high including Miggle's forums for traffic. We are averaging 300 views a day on the main MFCA site and are now up to 150 different visitors to the forum each day. Last year we were at 80...and I am getting more and more questions at the MFCA email address from interested people....All in all the upswing reflects only a part of the many out there who are rediscovering the game. The new realism that is being displayed with the fields and custom men is a huge attraction for the newbie!

Look at the number of people that are coming back to this "dead" thing, shows you that we are alive and kicking
