Did you get the latest " TWEAK " ? There is a article in there on how to do it. Basically it ads depth to the figures paint job. This is done by layering the paint on the figure by using different colors or shades of colors on top of each other .
If you get the chance look up 513studios , he paints using this technique. |

drybrushing
First see last issue of the Tweak. The painting article explains this.
Drybrushing is taking a paint brush, putting paint on it, wiping all the paint off but not washing it off and then lightly brushing over the figure to provide depth. It highlights the outermost parts of a model while "washing" adds depth to the darker inner most parts. Provides shadow and 3D and a worn look. TTT

DFdubbya EFL'ers mark you calendars.
Start to consider wheather or not you'll make this trip. It will be great if we can get several of us down there if anything just for Saturday to showcase the hobby. There will be plenty of questions and it's not going to be easy for just a couple of us to run two games. Mike Robertson will be there due to his being a local, and so any of you who need to play the colts this season this will be a great opportunity to do so. Especially since it's harder on Mike to work games in this year this can help him out as well. TTT (Curtis)
