Default How about this...

Solitaire Coaches Association sponsored by the MFCA...I want a logo Wolf! Perhaps using the current MFCA logo, with MFCA man playing by himself on a board.

I think we can have our cake and eat it too. An organization or "sub-committee" within the MFCA. This could be a promotional avenue, because most newcomers are solitaire players or atleast could benefit from some basic instruction in forming a solitaire league at home. Someone within the MFCA, who would be willing to be the "embassador" of solitaire play could really give new members something they could use. Options are great in promotion, whether a new coach wants to play in a league or form their own at home...however we can help them adds to the promotional value of the MFCA.

I still think we should have some sort of mentor program...

I have 25 solitaire seasons under my belt...check out Wolf's logo he made for my next superbowl in the CSL (Culp Solitaire League).

Cool RR...thanks for the inspiration...I am about to play a game of solitaire and record.

....it is raining in NJ and I need to get some time in with my athletes....I have My Mighty Buccs getting ready to go into combat in "The BAM II:Battle for The Title 09" Tourney/Championship in 2 weeks and I have to keep my Cardinals Sharp to finish out the BEFL 09 Season.....what better way 4.0 vs 3.3..but Coaching is the key. Buccs O/D BAM Rules Cardinals O/D BEFL Rules so....kick off is in 1 hour and I am practicing the discipline to compete against myself for an intense hour and ...No team can be my favorite + No arguing can I do it:o ...the film will tell.

Default I don't want to take too much credit for...

anything.

I know that I do remain in the Foxhole with the other players in the game. Sometimes I think I am too personal about the game, seeing that I own a miniature football company.

I guess I could be less involved in that manner but I am passionate over the game. If what I said or my thoughts have made a difference in the perception of the solo player, that's a good thing. But I think everyone who is writing about the topic is now getting their "just due" because we are just as passionate about the game as league players - probably even more.

Yeah, it's a great feeling in the winter time when you can pull out the game at 10:00 at night and not have to wait on anyone to come play. It takes a great imagination to play in this manner but us solo players know this is what's best about the game. You don't need anyone and you can play the game the way you want too.
