Are these proline TTC's good with the dial and shell, or is the shell not worth much like the old prolines? Also, would you recommend changing the dial into a convention color base shell?

Also how much speed can you get out of the rookies with minimum tweaking?
Thanks,

Taylor

Default Do they hold a tweak?

If you have had success with tweaking the new "super" Pro lines please check back in a couple days and let us know if they hold their tweak like the original Pro Lines? The new Pro Lines (before these super pro lines) were more like speed bases IMO and couldn't really hold a strength tweak very well.

I sure like the green shades of the original Pro Lines, actually natural greens that blend in with grass tones whereas the new Pro Lines have that aqua/frosty/greenish unnatural color.

Yes, they hold their tweak, confirmed. Vince Peatros has been doing extensive testing on these bases and that was one of the things I asked when I went over there yesterday.

Confirmed, they hold their tweak. It is the same plastic as the first runs.

Default Jim Davis

At the convention Margie thinks she brought the old bases by mistake. The new bases I tweaked pushed my Spartans, those same Spartans that pushed mike robertsons triple stacked defense back 60 yards on one play. You and Norbert got the old bases instead. It is confirmed by three different states now. California, Philly, Texas. Everyone can't be wrong. Jim have Margie send you a sample. The first runs are back. We sent a few bases to Norbert.

Jim, they are not, Landsman told me, these are better than those and a different formulation. I am not sure what bases Norbert got, but he thinks there may have been a mix up.

Vince gave me two to send to Norbert out of the lot we were testing. I am going to send them this week.

Jim, I suggest calling Vince for more info. The numbers and the performance tests we ran for hours and hours yesterday show that these perform or out perform the first runs.

Give Vince a call Jim.

This is good stuff.

Default NEW SUPER PRO-LINE BASES

I was called over to Vince Peatros's hous on Sat. to tweak the new Pro-Line Rookie Bases for strength. Several coaches witnessed me pulling a base from the package, and after about 3 minutes of tweaking, it surpassed (strength) the stronges base on my team of 45 plus players, which included 1st, & 2nd run Pro-Line Bases. I think this is amazing, due to the fact that the first base I picked from the lot was able to pusth 5 of my strongest figures backwards with minimal work. Oh yeah, the base I tweaked weighed 3.1 with the figure on it, and the figure/base it pushed weighed 4.0.

I have tested the new pro-line that was tweaked last night, again today, and still it has held the tweak and still is the strongest base in "RaiderNation" camp. I'm not the only one who witnessed this. This is very positive news.

The bases I bought at Miggle 2010 cannot be the same bases you all are talking about. What I was sold as new SUPER Prolines there are NOT as good as 1,2,3 runs......... Something isnt jiving here??????????????????????????
