seems kind of werid placed at the top of the forum, when I logged in I didnt know what was going on until I read the posts. Place it down at the bottom then I think it would be better. Other than that I think like Shabby, remove it.

KEEP IT!
I always thought it was cool to see that other people were looking at the forum with the little bar at the bottom.
NOW I CAN TALK WITH THEM!! awesome! it is great because I am pretty far removed from the leagues and the only time I get to chat live with people other than this is when I manage to get on when there is a uStream game running. KEEP IT!!! (but maybe finesse where it is placed?)

The more it's here the more I like talking with the other members.
Just getting rid of it makes no sense in the sense of building community. If you just log on to do your own thing then I can see it being inconvenient and we should try and accommodate that person too.

If any one has web design abilities based around PHP, I think we can get the chat placed to everyone's liking so that it does not interfere with work bans.
