Default nice!

This was a cool thread to run over the weekends events. Lets bump this up next year and give the draft picks a grade

My war room went with Norbert Revels versatility to mix it up in different systems with success. It was hard to pass on The Body Guard and his strength though. THe scouts and coaches were arguing over who to take. But for the value, and extra pick in the second round, the best move would have been to drop down a few slots and take Simmie Lassiter. We thought about making that bold move at #2, but again, how can one pass on Norb and Big Jim.

Seriously though, this thread was an eye opener for me as i did not realize there were so many great, and well respected coaches out there. i mean, i knew it, but to see them on one list, and get added little by little, each posting of a new guy, i went, "oohhh, aaahhh, great pick, wow, how did he not go higher? etc....."

BIG PROPS TO ALL THE 1ST ROUND PICKS FELLAS

But what is even better is, there are still some VERY GOOD coaches that have not been drafted yet.

Can we take this into the 2nd round as well? - 7th round? that would be cool, so long as everyone took it as just fun.

When would i get drafted?????
undrafted rookie who spends his career on other teams practice squad, thats me

ENJOY THE DAY FELLAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Default My Pick

I'll take age over beauty and select Joe Greco. How did he slip this far down?! All the guy does is wins! It's a steal this late........

Default Draft Thus Far

The old guys, Ruesink and Greco, slipped because of a supposed 40 yard dash time of 7.4 and a positive drug test. Ruesink is adimant that the drug was geritol and it is not among the banned substance.

1) Ruesink: Adrian Baxter
2) Hooper: Norbert Revels
3) Chachi: Jim Davis
4) Hitmen: Raiderman
5) Wolf: Mike Pratt
6) National: Tom Johnson
7) Raven Maniac: Simmie Lassiter
8) Wolverine Fan: Greg Hardmon
9) Detroit Child: Ken Allen
10) Guttmann: Vince Peatros
11) Boston21: Mike Robertson
12) Coach J: Don Smith
13) Ravenna Al: Ron Bell
14) Grand Master KC: Kelvin Lomax
15) Jimbo: DC Smith
16) RPD: Doug Shanafelt (Boston 21)
17) Roo: Will Travers
18) JEasyMoney: Big Keith Chalmers (how did he fall to 18???)
19) Norbert: Butch Carter
20) Baxter: Beenutt
21) 49ers Fan: Anthony Hough
22) Frank B: Jimbo
23) Butch Carter: Joel Pritchard
24) Bigdawg43: Edgar Downs
25) Styx: Franny J Boy
26) One to Watch: Brian Healy
27) Lomax: Tom Ruesink (MplsTom)
28) Raiderman: Joe Greco

Lots of good coaches still on the board: Diamond, Guttmann, Rutledge, Don Hutson, Klingbeil, Frank Johnson, Eric Robinson, National, Smoke Stack, Glenn Phoenix, Chuck Lawrence, Dearell Brevard, Roo, Electric Coach, Geno, Burgess, McGee, Charles Lane (Baxter suggested someone pick him but hasn't picked him yet as he already picked Beenutt), Jayboy, Pat Casey, and I'm sure I'm inadvertently leaving a ton more guys out...

C'mon, let's fill the final 4 slots. If you haven't drafted a coach yet, step right up!

I know Charles Lane should be who I pick , since Ive never been able to beat him yet.
But I have to go with my mentor and teacher and he can still put one on you when it counts.
My pick is LaVell Shelton.
