I like it at the bottom. Like to be able to chat a moment while cruisin through the forum. Also, like to see interaction between other members, when they otherwise wouldnt get a chance to "speak" to each other.
This can only bond the MFCA even more. But if it is blocked for guys at work, then that sux. I can only assume the same will happen to me when i get back. And i too, like to hit the forum a few times while at work, in between settling disputes and running interference on other disputes.

Talk to your tech.
At my school just the chat is blocked, not the whole forum. I can still veiw and post to the forum. But, I usually use my phone at work just in case someone is checking web history.
