Default I Forgot To Put My Small Furtune to the Mix..

The Board waaay in back was put on a Hockey Board.
Just got the parts to wire it up now..
I have another Hockey Table on standby...
That'll give me 3 good size 4' x 2' fields to try to get some fella's around sometimes for a small tourney..

Nice! I was toying around with that idea myself. I assume you used and air hockey table?

Do you get good vibes with that and what type of motor(s) do you use?

Those look great!

The Motor's i'm using are, Super Speed Hobby Motor(s) with 18,000RPM power.

Radio Shack carries them, I grab 8 at a time because I intend on using all 8 on the Game Board, but this Board!?, I just finished tonight wired it up Yesturday to finally tell you it's running great.
I only used 4 motor's this time because the Rhoestat's are no longer around " so I been told " and the power source to make this board run is a 9 Amp Train Speed Controller..
I got used to the 8 motor's that when I adjusted everything to work the the 9 Amp there's no Dead spots still!? I see a little hesitation but not enought to be that uptight about ..
Thanks fella's.... I wouldn't have done this without seeing it all from you all first wink.................smile

Default My all new 4824T- THIN DESIGN

Guys,
Here is a look at my latest board, it measures 24x48 (playing surface) and its uniqueness lies in it how thin and light it is for a metal big board. I made it as thin as I could...a mere 1.75" in height (and that includes the 1/4" footings). Overall dimensions are 25.5x49.5x1.75".

This is easily the finest board I've made to date. Its almost as thin as an old super bowl board. I actually can store it behind my coach in the living room as you can see from the pictures its shorter than a TTQB on a base and the low profile looks great when framed by a the Miggle stadium. Most importantly...it runs like a dream, quiet and smooth from edge to edge.

Joe

p.s. field cover by Jimbo (I love this Saints one but I'm about to add a couple more field covers to my collection as well)

The field looks great, one of the great things about this hobby is all the talent and creativeness that goes into the homemade boards
