thank you for the comments

To be honest, I'm a little overwhelmed by this project.

I started it like all other "super detailling" (like we say in model railroading) I made before, but steps after steps, I just wanted to know how far I was able to go, and what was my current figures sculpting level, and now it's almost a complete resculpting I'm doing

Very interesting project...But I don't think I'll make a complete giants team with that method. It's not realistic, and it will become a pain instead of a joy to make the figs. I think that fig will take me about 40-50 hours of work, from bare plastic fig to completed painted fig with flocked plateform. Since I have also a life and -I hope- will find a new job soon, you see what I mean when I say "not realistic"

But... I'm mentally writing everything I do, to find a good compromise speed/detail level for the future team. Same thing for painting, on that particular "showcase" fig I'll try to make my best not regarding for the time, but on the giants team, I'll have to find a good way to paint fast (like I did on my Niners team, wich is my reference, good overall look I believe).

I have an idea, for example : making a little mold with diferent sculpted faces, so I can make simple casting (like we did with Play-do putty when we were kids) and gain some time. Sculpted chinstraps is also a pain in the *** to do, I can make a good fake chinstrap painting job like I did on my Niners defense.

COncerning sculpting articles, I 'll do it. I've got several new articles ideas for modelling...since I'm sure you don't want me to give you strategy or tweaking articles

To be continued...

Default wolverine

Don't be afraid about the wolverine hand effect : I'll sculpt the hand in two steps. So I made the first step tonight, so tommorow I'll be able to finish the figure. (making the inside palm, and fixing the fingers and thumb)

I also added details on the jersey front (don't know the name in english : the "hole where you pass you head" ) .

Figure 99% completed. I just have to finish the hand.

Tommorow I'll make the hands and arms muscles, chinstraps, and I 'll probably finish with the shoulders.

Here 's the last pic for today !
that is one super hot figure my man, keep it up

Default thank you all !

I don't think I'll go for a red jersey : I already painted about 30 Niners, I want to change color

Default Fini !

Hi,

I finished the fig, here's the last green pics of it.

Tommorow, I'll undercoat it in grey, then...I'll keep it safe for future painting, and paint my steelers squad

On the scale, the figure weight is 1.85grams.
