Blue figure came in the superior toy companies version of electric football. one team was blue, one team was red. they also came with the famous brown ttc bases. some or maybe all of the sets were battery operated instead of electric .

This morning, I added the leg details and finished the backs.

Last things to do :

helmet and face
shoulders and leg pads

and little corrections of course.

Here's a pic of current process :

Hi,

Today I added last leg muscles, and made the shoulder pads, modern tight look.

Here's some pics of it. Tonight I'll add the helmet and faces details, and perhaps the hands to conclude.

the choice of figure for my center is not very good...he's a little small for the position (I tried to make the shoulder pads bigger, but without any significant improvement) but anyway. But on pic I see a problem on left leg, I'll fix it.

Default I keep it going

Tonight I'm too tired to make advanced sculpting...So I just made the leg pads. Easy and fast to do. I did it on all the linemen (too tired to search on google if it was accurate)

I ordered some paint yesterday. Even if I was faster, I don't have any blue paint left.

By the way, I also ordered some orange paint...I wonder for what purpose I bought this

I just received the paint and brush today. I've got everything I need to paint my Giants

I also bought a strange bottle of orange paint...I don't know why, I'm pretty sure it will be good looking with some black and white...I really wonder why I bought that paint...

I bought some spanish Vallejo Game colors. I like that brand. Bigger bottles, smaller price than a lot of other brands and ranges. I like Coat d'arms paint even more, but I can't find any, now...

Hi,

tonight I finished the sculpting efforts on my linemen. They are drying, tommorow I'll cut the nails , and undercoat them.

On the pic you can (barely) see that one fig has no detailed hands. The hands are stock ff.net ones, they "work" really great with the good painting effect, to simulate modern gloves. If I can make my life easier, I do

see the example pic :

Then, I'll finish the rest of the O squad, according to my other prioritary projects I present on another topic.

I also stills to finish that decal sheet...It's ready, but I'm still fighting for color matching (since I use white decal paper).

to be continued...
