i have been a head chef for several resteraunts and country clubs.lead chef for bon appetit magazine and food sevice.currently the executive chef for one of the casino boats in my area.and have had the chance to work with several of the chefs you see on the food network.within in the next year planing on starting my own catoring business and planing to open my first restaurant,all the years of working 7 days a week 16 hours a day are begining to finally make some sense.
