Determine the Figure to Use
For this pose, it becomes easy. We've got 24 stock poses to chose from and in those 24 poses, you can determine any type of contortion of the body from any player in history.

Now I cut the Sprinter pose into pieces. This is pretty easy as the players are not so hard that you will cut your hands!
