I guess you are right, and actually right after I posted I though of the fact that one of the biggest organizations in the NFL is the Brown's Backers who are fans from other cities (though I think the majority of them are people who used to live in Cleveland). I actually lived in the Dallas area myself, I got my first teaching job just south of Denton. It just seems like you would have less invested in a team, and that the majority of "fans" only seem to jump on board when the team does well. To me, a fair-weather fan is useless!
BTW...Ignore the whole original premise of this post. I watched the Pro Bowl and finally I found an angle that was definite...he was in with both feet!!! They showed that hanging camera from behind Big Ben and it was a good catch. Now that I am satisfied that it was so (to me, all the other angles more confirmed the opposite), that may be the best throw and catch in SB history (move aside Montana to Taylor)! Sorry Steeler fans, just didn't believe it until I saw if for myself, and I finally did.
