Thanks to WW for creating this forum. I will be posting the 2009 Dixie League Rules soon - within the next few days. I am pleased to share these rules with the rest of the miniature football world. We take a lot of pride in the way we play in the south. The rules came directly from the coaches from the following states: South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Virginia and Maryland.
