Default Stadium Model Builder article in Kansas City

This was in today's paper and all though it doesn't translate to miniature football exactly, it is still COOL to see...anybody got a $100,000 they could loan me for one of these babies!

Default THOSE ARE CRAZY.

Wolf,

Those replica's are absolutely sweet. I would love to have something like that but open in the middle. ( they way treks sets up) So coaches can play a miniature football game sitting down and not standing dipping their hands in the stadium ( BACK KILLER ). Imagine haven one built in the backyard that is weather proof. just remove the boards during each use. Now thats a home field. Cover it up like a grill when not in use. I wonder what material it would take to pull that off. Table and stadium together.

That minnesota stadium is crazy.

Default There just something cool....

.... about miniature stadiums! I wish there was more of a culture of playing in them in competition! They seem to be more suited for display, but it could be so much more........

Default Awesome

Absolutely awesome. I have always been fascinated by miniatures and models, especially architectural modeling.

I am finally getting to do some of this type of work at my job, which I hope will lead to some experience and skills for building stadiums for electri football boards.

In fact, next week I am going to install a diorama that I have been working on that features some of my work in architechural modeling. I will post pictures after I get back.

Thanks for sharing Wolf.

Default Replica Stadiums

I saw on the baseball strat-o-matic site where the national playoffs were played in miniature replica stadiums.
