Default Dave, you are doing good

Dave,

You know, a lot of times, when guys put their pics up and ask for criticism and they get it, they tend not to show anything. But the unique few, who are willing to accept the criticism, which is usually very constructive, are the ones who succeed in the long run.

Sometimes, guys just rather say nothing instead of comment because people don't want to hurt each other feelings. We're all trying to do the best we can do.

But no doubt, you are definitely working to get better. I can definitely see the creativity and the talent. It's just a matter of time.

The DVDs (as I finish them) will really give you some insight into some quick and easy techniques.

Keep doing it Home Boy!

Reg

We can notice the progress

On your green stuff addition, a nice thing to do is to "squeeze" the putty borders with an oiled round tool, to integrate it to the figure basis. You have to make your putty borders almost transparent. Once it will be done, after painting you will not notice that putty was added to the main figure.

you can also sand the figure with very thin (400 or 600 grit) car sandpaper, to correct some defect on dry figure. It help especially for body armors pieces.

Hope it helps
