Convention rooms exchange...who needs one?..who's got one to give up?
Guys are doing the room scramble and I can't keep track of it all. I'm going to sticky this post as a room exchange.
If you have a room you don't need or need a room please post it here. IF you are not coming and no one takes the room from you, remember to cancel it a few days before the date!!! A couple of years ago we had two people who took rooms and then didn't cancel. The hotel tried to charge the MFCA and it ended our good standing with that hotel for future use. Do the right thing!
