Well it's finally the start of the Western Wisconsin Solitare Electric Football League. For the opening night game, the returning Central Division champs took the field against the New England Patriots. Everyone had the Patriots out before the game even stated, but somehow they came out on top with a 24-17 slugfest. Lawrence Maroney found the endzone twice on the ground, and Tom Brady threw around the Boston three party all day, Troy Brown, Wes Welker and Randy Moss. Even more impressive was holding the Packers to -28 rushing yards!
The Patriots made Paul Hornung look like Paul McCartney on the ground. I took many pictures, but unfortunatley my camera isn't letting me load them. I will try to get them up soon.
Next Game: Indianapolis vs San Francisco.
