Default The Classic League

Hi Coaches
Here are the results to my first Classic League season.

The teams are from the early 1900s to 1930.

Yes they are. I wanted the feel of the old days and the Excal's where without face masks.

I love that field. The vibration is great for me. I like that it has a medium and fast speed. It is so much quieter then electric. It is great to use for testing out tweaked bases. The more I play it the quieter it got. I can use it late at night when I can't sleep and my wife doesn't hear it I don't need to find an outlet. I don't need to fuss with a cord. And of course it looks more like the real field then any other company has made.

If you ever undertake expansion, here's a page listing the defunct NFL teams from the era with their uniform colours and some logos.

I like this idea so much I may consider it for my own solitaire league. It brings back a bit of history and qualifies for an imaginary league in one stroke.

The chart at least gives the colours. It would probably be impossible to dig up enough photo sources to reproduce the uniforms accurately but it puts you in the conceptual ballpark at any rate.
