Default ALL SOLITAIRE ENTHUSIAST.PLEASE READ.

COACHES,

I am currently creating the ultimate SOLITAIRE LEAGUE for all coaches who play solitaire. I will reveal the name after all conferences are complete.
It will be a league registered with league. Unless a league website is created.
it is a league within a league. here is the premise. each coach that wants to participate will choose a conference to become president of. MAKE YOUR CHOICES FAST. I COUNTED 28 CONFERENCES SO FAR BUT IM SURE THERE ARE MORE.

****IMPORTANT, THERE IS ONLY 1 CONFERENCE AND CONFERENCE PRESIDENT ALLOWED FOR THIS LEAGUE. NO EXCEPTIONS.FOR EXAMLPE, ONLY 1

BIG EAST
SWC
PAC10
BIG 10
ETC ETC

***IMPORTANT PART 2, EACH CONFERENCE PRESIDENT WILL HAVE HIS HOME TEAM AS THE CONFERENCE LEAGUE REPRESENTATIVE. THERE WILL BE NO DUPLICATE HOME TEAMS FOR THIS LEAGUE.

***PICK YOUR CONFERENCE AND HOME TEAM ASAP TO LOCK THEM IN
THIS IS A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM.
You can place any team you want in your conference to play your home team. THESE CAN BE DUPLICATES IN ALL CONFERENCES. Two examples

1) SEC- PRESIDENT REGINALD RUTLEDGE. REPRESENTING TENNESEE VOLS

CONFERENCE OPPONENTS
MICHIGAN
FLORIDA
OREGON
FRESNO STATE
CAL
STANFORD

2)SWC-PRESIDENT DOUG SHANAFELT, REPRESENTING TEXAS TECH RED RAIDERS

CONFERENCE OPPONENTS
MICHIGAN
FLORIDA
OREGON
OHIO STATE
KENTUCKY.

YOU GET THE IDEA, CRAFT YOUR CONFERENCE HOWEVER YOU WANT. PLAY BY ANY RULE SET YOU WANT.

each week your home team will have to take on one of your conference opponents. WHICH MEANS, your home representing team will play 8 to 12 games. The teams in your conference will only play once or twice. The teams in your conference will never play each other. THEY ARE ONLY THERE TO TAKE ON THE HOME TEAM.

***YOU ONLY TAKE STATS FOR YOUR HOME TEAM
***YOUR HOME TEAM IS THE ONLY TEAM THAT WILL BE REGISTERD ON LEAGUE DADDY

AP POLLS AND HEISMAN RACES WILL BE DETERMINED BY YOUR HOME TEAMS WEEKLY OR BI WEEKLY PERFORMANCES

please record each stat after every single play. If your running back loses 3 yards adhere to the honor system a record that stat.

we can hold winter meetings on actual game play. Input in that area is welcome. maybe we can all play by the exact same play charts. we can come up with new ideas in setting up offenses and defenses so game is 100% fair. if you report your running ran for 250 yards each week thats a red flag that something is not balanced.

I WILL CONTINUE ON MORE PATICULARS LATER, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS PICK CONFERENCE AND HOME REPRESENTING TEAM. YOU HAVE TIME TO FILL THE CONFERENCE WITH ITS OPPONENTS.

AS OF 8/18/10

1)SEC -PRESIDENT REGINALD RUTLEDGE, TENNESEE VOLS REP

2)SWC -PRESIDENT DOUG SHANAFELT, TEXAS TECH REP

3)NORTH EAST CONFERENCE-PRESIDENT ANDRE COGDELL, HOFSTRA FLYING DUTCHMEN REP

4)CAA or PIONEER CONFERENCE-PRESIDENT ROO MORGANS, EVANSVILLE PURPLE ACES REP
DONT BE TARDY FOR THE PARTY !!!!!!!!!!SPRING 2011, PLENTY OF TIME TO CREATE TEAMS AND GET READY

5)SOUTHLAND CONFERENCE-PRESIDENT MARK ROBIN, LAMAR CARDINALS REP

PS/ TO SAVE YOURSELF WORK ON MAKING TEAMS FOR YOUR CONFERENCE, USE TEAMS YOU ALREADY HAVE. BUY TEAMS THAT ARE ON MIGGLE. GET JUST THE CONFERENCE HELMET DECALS FROM NUTT. Your the conference president, RUN IT LIKE A BUSINESS FOR YOURSELF

I am interested in this!

Could the Mini-OUA join in? show some love to Canadian University teams?

My Golden Gaels are suited up and ready to go (schedule permitting...alas school must come first, but I am interested in giving this a try)

Default lin hoop.

lh,

Of course you can play. BUT NO TRYING. You must be ready to go next spring. I dont see where scheduling would be a problem when you can play at your conveince. i will find a canadian conference and suggest you have all canadian schools in that conference. I will need the name of all of them.

Default LET ME RE PHRASE

tHE OPPONENTS that make up your conference can play each other. It can be looked at as scrimmage games before there big game with your home team. Those games will not be recorded.

ALL HOME TEAMS WILL BE RESIGISTERD ON LEAGUE DADDY AS YOUR LEAGUE TEAM. All of your conference teams will only be listed in the conference section as a filler and for scheduling purposes. your home team is the main focus of this league. I will also be taking 10 heissman hopefuls from each team. Not right now. Just looking to fill the conferences first.

I WILL BE NICE, ONCE SET UP.

THANX

Default att roo

hey roo,

i know you can choose whatever conference you want. but it kind of not make sense to choose the CAA when evansville clearly plays in the missouri valley conference. You may as well stay true and rep where your home team plays. i looked it up on wikipedia.
This is because evansville is not as popular as a usc or colorado moving around. i thought you would have wanted to keep evansville close to there conference as you can.

Um, actually, Dre, Evansville doesn't play in the Missouri Valley Conference.

Evansville doesn't play in any conference.

Evansville doesn't have football, and hasn't since 1997.

But, they did when I was there (1991-95).

The CAA schools are local to me, and I wanted to pick ones that no one else will use. Truthfully, it doesn't matter who else is in the league, if the rest of the league's games don't count.

[Stephen A.] HOWEVA!!!! [/Stephen A.]

We'll change it up as folks see fit.

SO!!!!

My league will be the Pioneer League - which Evansville was in when the football team was disbanded.

Teams include:

Evansville (my team)
Dayton
Drake
Butler
San Diego (yes, USD was in our conference)
Valparaiso
Davidson
Jacksonville

I'm leaving out Morehead State, Campbell, and Marist just to keep the conference size manageable.

If someone really wants the CAA ... they can have it.

Roo
