Default I will never stop playing the game

Love it too much! But now, I get to play it the way I want to and anytime I want to! I am gonna love being able to assess injuries to players during the course of an entire season instead of just during a game.

RJ, I get to play in any stadium I want without wondering whether the other person is comfortable. I get to do so many things now that I probably would never have gotten to do. Michael was the only one willing to play in snow. He never had a problem with that. I always wanted to watch OJ play in the snow again!

I want to be able to write up the storylines on these teams and create a book about at least one season! So much I want to do and when you've got the human element, you're always trying to schedule things around others schedule. So many great reasons to go back into a world of solitaire. I play the game not just for the competition. For me, that's not that important.

What is important (and we all want to win) is trying to experience the game from what I see the pros experience - the hype, fanfare, and all the things external to play on the field. That's what I love about the game. And the great thing is it can be replicated right here in miniature in this 32 team solitaire world.

Besides, I've always wanted to paint every team in the NFL in home and away and put them on the wall, Now, I get that chance over the span of the next 2-3 years. I am pretty geeked up about that!

As far as UCLA's win over Tennessee, congrats to the Bruins. They played great on the road!

Default LIKE A RECORDING ARTIST

REG,

This is like a recording artisyt who has many millions of dollars. Made recordings that made the record company happy. Also recorded songs to the fans liking. After many years of that an artist wants to sit down a make a cd/recording just for themself. they dont care if it sell i million copies or 1 copy. Sometimes you just want something for self. At this very point, you will see yourself happy in your own surroundings without any interference.

post some pics of the teams when they are done

good for you, Uncle RR

I think you have some interesting team years, but I think you missed the boat on a couple of them.........

1975-76 Raiders
1991 - Redskins
1998 - falcons

You have the Oilers, but the 1999 Titans?? How about any of the early 90's Bills were better than the team you list.....

.02 worth

Default Nice list Reg

I get the impression that you mixed in favorites from your youth with great teams that are more recent. I also loved the early Buffalo Bills teams featuring OJ Simpson (although K-Lo is right, the early 90 teams were better). I would have picked the Cowboys of the 70's but I can't argue with your pick. In fact, I'd take the teams of the 70's over the 90's/2000's the greater majority of the time. Just reliving my youth I suppose.

Keep us posted on your progress.

Default Here's the "Un-logic" Truth

The 1975 Raiders brought me to tears when they beat my Minnesota Vikings. At that time, I loved both teams but the Vikes were always #1 for me!

My favorite player of all times is Marcus Allen so I will always have the Raiders with Marcus Allen leading the way. I can already see him or OJ leading the league in rushing!

As for the Atlanta Falcons, I just like the old red and gray uniform and Bob Lee. I know they were not a great team and I may change this team to the 1998 team with Jamal Anderson but I love the throwback uniform. I may do an all-time team on the Falcons but I like going back to my youth (thanks Detroitchild).

But if I could get Marcus Allen on every team in this league, I would so when I think of the Raiders, trust me, I know so much about its history but my heart lies with the 1983 Raiders and the greatness of Marcus!

But now, I can go back in time and really have a blast with this thing!

Also, on that Oilers team over the Titans, it's simply because of Earl Campbell! I love me some Earl! The Tennessee Titans represent the same franchise and was 1 yard away from the title but I want to see Bum Phillips kick the dangblasted door in this time!

But now, I can go back in time and really have a blast with this thing!
