Default great pic...but...

Hey there! Great job with my beloved Buckeyes...but one question...are they an old team? The Buckeyes Reds have changed. I prefer the ones that you did...but just wondering. Also..I really loved the buckeye stickers on the helmets.

Default old buckeyes

Yes, these are the buckeyes from a couple of years ago. I like these uniforms better too.

Nice job Brian. Perhaps someone could enlighten me, what do the 'buckeyes' on the helmet represent? Why do some players have alot on their helmets and others only a few? Is there a difference between offense, defense, and special teams 'buckeyes'?

Al,
I used to get "cross bones" in High School on Defense for tackles and Sacks. I'm sure they are performance rewards...

Default helmet stickers

In my high school every time someone makes a tackle, has 100 yards rushing etc. they get a helmet sticker. If you notice on the buckeye helmets it seems like Troy Smith has the most.

Default smooth paint

Beenutt-

what kind of primer do you use, if any? your colors look so smooth as if you don't have to lay the paint on thick. I've painted two teams now, i use the model master white primer then i use raidermike paints but some of the colors i have to apply really thick so the white doesn't show through. So in some spots the color looks darker than in others, whats your trick?
