Help me expand

I will put this out to all coaches. I am currently in the process of adding 8 more expansion teams to my league and am interested in some ideas. I would like some suggestios for these new teams. I have the 32 NFL teams plus 16 current expansion teams in the following cities:

NFC

Orlando
Richmond
St. Louis ( Rams went back to LA where they belong)
Columbus
Memphis
Louisville
El Paso
San Jose

AFC

New Jersey
Hartford
Omaha
Milwaukee
Birmingham
San Antonio ( New home for the luv ya blue Oilers)
Portland
Oklahoma City

Here are the cities I already have locked in for the new 8 teams
Boston
West Virginia
Tulsa
Wichita
I currently have a U of S. Florida team playing as the Portland Bulls. I have a new Portland Sharks team in the works so I must move the Bulls to another city

First I need help re-locating the Bulls

Then I need 3 more teams that must fit geographically.

Give me your ides for :

Teams city and nickname
Uniform design ( I do use alot of college uniforms for these teams )
Original team uniform designs that some one will have to paint.
Team colors.
Head Coach

I will advise if he is already a coach in the league.

As a prize I will use at least 1 of the ideas I get from you as one of my new teams and you will become that teams owner.

This could be alot of fun.
Can't wait to hear your ideas.

Birmingham once had a minor league hockey team Bulls. I say keep the gold helmets and use UAB uniforms.

I'll use them in my league someday, but since it will be awhile I'll throw it into the ring for your great league.

I really like the idea of moving the Bulls to Birmingham so I will. This will send my current Birmingham Bobcats team to Portland. This works.

I still want a Sharks team made up in the old WFL Jacksonville Sharks uniform. Since the colors of this team are silver and black they will make a perfect spinoff team of Oakland Raiders. Now I just need a city to put them in. It must be near the coast most likeyl the west coast. I could also go with my original plan of putting the Sharks in Portland and find another city for the Bobcats.

I was going to make my Boston team the Federals and put them in the USFL Washington Federal uniforms but I have decided on:

The Boston Shamrocks- They will have kelly green and white uniforms with green helmets with a shamrock on both sides.

Keep the ideas coming.

I live in Hampton,Virginia,which is close to Norfolk/Va.Beach.
Years ago,we use to have a Semi-Pro team called the
Norfolk Neptunes.Can't remember their colors.I'm sure
they were nauticaly colored( sea-greens/blue)and
their helmet logo was King Neptune holding a trident ( 3-pronged spear)
but I can't remember if he was standing or sitting on his throne,or what.....
This would be a neat expansion team.I've thought about doing
the research on them and having decals made up and doing
a team,but I've never gotten around to it.Probably never will.
You're welcome to the idea.I don't own it.It might just fit
right in with your league and FINALLY give VA. it's own
team.I'm so tired of everyone thinking that the Redskins are
Virginia's team.They aren't.They are Washington DC's team.
Nothing against the Skins.Not a fan.Just saying.....
And since we are right on the Chesapeake Bay,they could
play in a dome,on an island ,out in the bay.Call it The Harbor Dome...
