how do you feel- what is it about the MPFL style of play?

a general overview for now. how many stoppages? what are you allowed to do on the stoppages? whats a stick passing thing/ system ?
it may a while before I pull my old stuff out. just want some insight.

Stick Passing
go to you-tube and check out the buzzball videos. He has one where ha demonstrates and thorougly explains the stick passing system
