1988 Tampa Bay Buccaneers
I had posted a pic or two of the "Home" Bucs offense awhile back, and thought I'd post a pic of the "Away" defense. I wasn't sure how'd the Bucs somewhat plain & logo-less" uniforms of the late 80's would look - but the white and orange looks kind of neat against the green field.
Thanks to: Figures, FaceMasks & Chinstraps: SIW Decals & Orange Bucs Paint: RaiderMike Remaining Paint Colors: Testors Here's some of the defensive "stars" of that team; John Cannon, Ricky Reynolds, Harry Hamilton and Kevin Murphy. Thanks for looking - Last edited by gerty : 02-28-2007 at 01:26 PM. |

"stars"
Hey Guys - thanks for the kind words !
Ha,ha.............hey Lynn you're right about that team that went 5-9 !! I've since edited it, and put "stars" in quotes. Hey Jeff - although you don't have to paint the Buzzball figures "white".....I do like the look of "painted white" & give them a few coats of Testors White Paint before applying decals. Thanks Guys ! A few more:
Michigan Joe - I use a Testors Dull Cote, and then apply a clear coat to the helmets. John Cannon, Eugene Marve and Kevin Murphy The DB's: The household names of: Rod Jones, Odie Harris, Harry Hamilton, Bobby Futrell and Ricky Reynolds. A hole in that '88 defense..........
