Creating the Bus

I'm working on Jerome "the Bus' Bettis. I wanted to portray his endzone celebration. His high stepping dance. I don't have many before pictures, just him pre-painted. I might do some extra sanding and triming before I paint him. But for right now, he's pretty good so far I think. I'm not sure how he works on a base yet but I think he looks like a Jerome yes??

Is he too fat??
