Default Get In The Game!

I'm super excited to be back into miniature football, and I've started on the first team I've painted in more than a decade. The decals were particularly fun to make, including shoe decals, and I hope my decal sheets show up later today!

After a few teams, I plan on making my own board; the Miggle 6071 just isn't cutting it. And, once I have a nice board, I'll start a local league!

Ah... painting football figures with Christmas music in the background sure brings back memories.

I'm just getting started, but here's the progress so far:

WELCOME BACK MY FRIEND!!!!!!!!!

You look like you are off to a spectacular start.

Get cute with skin tones, thats my favorite part of painting.

Different guys have different shades of tone, rock the diversity .

ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Default Wow

Interesting that you are using the same paint tray that I use when painting my figures.

Thanks, guys -- I'm really excited about everything, including this community; everyone here seems really cool. Hopefully I'll get to meet everyone at a convention.

HOOP, if that's your setup, man I'm envious!

They're my shoe decals. I'm not sure if I like them or not -- I'll know after I apply them. They'll center and wrap around from the heel of the player.

I'll try them on my test player first, and if necessary I'll make adjustments to the art.
