1978 Missouri Road Uni's

This team was done as a compliment to the Missouri home team I did last year. All figures are Electric Gridiron, with most being customized. I sculpted all of the sleeves and many of the details with green stuff. Names, numbers, and logos are decals, but stripes are painted.

once again a great job ! love the colors of this team, they really show off your technique.thmbsp$

the jersey treatment is particulary impressive. Making so much details and clothe simulation on white jersey is very technical.

Thank you

I definitely appreciate your compliments.

Actually painting white is the most difficult color for me. I usually have to use at least three steps to get the color established the way I want. With these I primed them dark grey, drybrushed a lighter grey, then painted in mid tones with a lighter grey, and then highlights with white. It's a pain in the butt, however if thats what it takes to get the right look then I am glad to do it.

I still need to finish my 77' Cowboys, and unfortunately I am using the same technique, so it has been slow going. I think my New Years resolution will be to finish them...in 2011. mgngcrz

Thanks again
