Default 1978 Missouri Road Uni's

This team was done as a compliment to the Missouri home team I did last year. All figures are Electric Gridiron, with most being customized. I sculpted all of the sleeves and many of the details with green stuff. Names, numbers, and logos are decals, but stripes are painted.

the jersey treatment is particulary impressive. Making so much details and clothe simulation on white jersey is very technical.

Default Thank you

I definitely appreciate your compliments.

Actually painting white is the most difficult color for me. I usually have to use at least three steps to get the color established the way I want. With these I primed them dark grey, drybrushed a lighter grey, then painted in mid tones with a lighter grey, and then highlights with white. It's a pain in the butt, however if thats what it takes to get the right look then I am glad to do it.

I still need to finish my 77' Cowboys, and unfortunately I am using the same technique, so it has been slow going. I think my New Years resolution will be to finish them...in 2011.

Thanks again
