I did have a dead spot at the 50 or at the Dallas Cowboys Star at midfield...respectably referred to as the "Death Star". It has gone down in HHEFL lore, since many a game was decided when players could not break the black hole at mid-field. The dead spot is now gone...and it is running beautifully!

I don't now how many people have Kistner fields, but they are a thing of beauty...solid oak frame...the old type field covers...double motors and duel on/off switches...they are a gem to play on.

A tribute to Mark Kistner...one of the first and best board makers...and a really nice guy.
I really didn't notice it was his board until you mentioned it. I was in the basement yesterday and ran into a Giants Field Cover he did for me in 2001. It was one of his first. The graphics are still the best I have seen for a board cover. Delayne, Mike, and I called him from the convention and he had just gotton over illness. A really solid guy.

I met him selling original Big Man teams on Ebay. I sold about 15 teams to him, all very rare. We used to talk everyday until he started helping the grandkids and I started having more babies!

I'll call him today to see how he's doing and let you guys know. I still remember his number. It'll be like a "Where are they now" secton.
