Dmitri, in that case 3.2 would be the top end of that weight class. If your guy comes in at 2.9 and you want to keep him there then that's ok. If you want to add weight to him to get up to 3.2 then that's ok as well as long as he does not go over 3.2.
It's the way I think. For a "stock" category, 3.2g is a good candidate I believe.
