Steve, I just read an article on your dad Blanche Martin, wow. You know what I found out, he was friends with my late uncle William Peatros. They both played at Michigan State together. At one point my uncle took Earl Morrals' QB job at State until he got drafted to go to the army. Ask your dad if he remembers WILLIAM "BILL" PEATROS. I believe your dad was his doctor too.
When I was young I remember my dad and uncle talking about Blanche Martin the Dentist. My uncle is on my squad as is your dad, how funny.
