Wolf,
Actually, the Read Zone was a printed newsletter that was sent out to about 40 or so people four times a year. Of course, compared to your work it wasn't much, but it was a nice start. Another first, Dirk Thomas won the first national painting contest sponsored by the Read Zone at the second Miggle Super Bowl (first convention). Roddy Garcia and Earl Shores for getting EF memorabilia into magazines First tournament to have any professional cheerleaders at it...the Minnesota Charity Event (not fair, who the heck could concentrate with those gals there) |

D. Jennings was the first to have pre-cut decals, although in a limited capasity, they were briefly licensed through Miggle, but when they lost there NFL license that went also. feel free to correct me if im wrong.

The Original "National" Johnson
I don't care about having the "National Johnson" title, I just want to tease my old friend Corey! He worked very hard to promote himself, so he alone deserves the "National" title.
But I was a "National Johnson" myself years ago. I may have been the first to be a true Road Warrior in that I played in the Dallas-Fort Worth Electric Football League while living in Chicago. I took about three trips a year (2 hrs/ 700+miles each way) )I think I first did this back in the late 1990s. During those years and many years thereafter I attended most of the regular tournaments nationally and once on a trip to Seattle, Washington I was featured in a local Seattle News story about electric football. Oh, can I also claim to be the first person to write an Electric Football song? |

Frank,
Without a doubt you were the first person to EVER make anyone laugh by writing the first EF songs! Mark |
