Default Learned alot

As someone who is just starting to get into R E A L tweaking now (tweaking with a purpose) i found this workshop very useful. Some of it was kinda , as i am not yet on this level, but after more and more practice, i know it will all make better sense to me.

I left the video more informed and far more comfortable than when i went in. Even my wife reminded me this morning of a tip she learned from watching a part of it.

KEY THINGS that i learned and was appreciative of right away:

-The tools Ken uses are the tools i have. That was good to know.
-What he actually does with each tool, especially the "shapers". I was using them to mash individual prongs, very good at that, but i see what he was saying about them breaking.
- Candle warmer for the tools and putting the bases on them real quick. Always knew about this, now i have more clarity and comfortability to include it in my routine.
- The WR breaking off the CB. I saw Tookie do this and he showed me how, a while ago. It was good to see it again. My computer was acting up at the time with the site, so i missed parts of this tutorial, but i got enough to understand the basics and try to implement it on my guys.

Thanks alot Ken for doing this and being flexible with your time to do it at our convenience. Props to your family too for allowing you to be flexible with your time.
This a great advancement in our hobby - the live streaming. I hope more people do this as time goes on. And even the guys who are not known for being one of the best, i would love to see vids from them as well as i am positive we can ALL learn something from you as well.I have been teaching swimming for 20 years now, very good at it. Aquatics Director last 10 years now and all that stuff. YET, EVERY SINGLE SUMMER, some 16 yr. old kid on my staff who is fresh outta lifeguard class will say something, or do something with a kid in the water teaching swimming that will make me go "WOW! i never thought of using that strategy/ saying that sentence", that makes the child get it and swim onnnnnnnn.
We can all learn from each other, no matter the level of "expertise".

Besides, above all else, its fun to use another venue to interact with you dudes.
GOOD STUFF!

Shout out to CLMDesigns! Sorry i didnt respond back to your hello last night. The wifey was asking questions, had to give her the platform - for many different reasons

Default Ken you are the man...

Kenny is a great teacher. He has a gift for explaining very techincal issues in a very clear and simple way that is easy to understand. He's very straight forward and entertaining! I got a lot of the session and look foward to trying my hand on some old bases I have floating around.

I may head over there and see if I can get a few of those new recruits! He made 20 or so players just in that one session!

Thanks again Kenny!

Did anyone record this? I would love to have it. Had to go to a Rosary last night and was unable to watch. Let me know if anyone recorded this and how to get it. Doug

Thumbs up Thanks Everyone!

I didn't record it. I have to clean out some old stuff from last year. I am just happy to have something to offer.

Doug and Joe I shall go at it again. Just let me know when it's a good time for you guys. Nine was excellent for me because the kids are at least supposed to be in the bed so if they sneak to play video games the last thing they are going to do is interfere.

Shall we try Thursday at 2100 hours again?

Bring your tools and let me know what type of base you want tweaked, the figure, and purpose.

Thanks again for the kind words.
