Whether or not Vick was involved is besides the point. What I don't understand is how a person, any person, could be so screwed up mentally that they enjoy seeing an animal suffer in this sort of manner. These people were getting off on watching two dogs litterally kill each other. And if that wasn't enough, they enjoyed electrocuting, hanging, shooting and just plain beating the poor dogs to death. Something is just wrong about the whole thing. Some guys just say "Well, what they did was illegal so they should be punnished" Legal? This is more than a legal matter. What they did was beyond that. This is a moral issue, or more correctly a lack of morals. Anyone who enjoys tortuing animals like this is just one step away from doing the same thing to other people. There was an HBO special not too long ago that showed that every modern day serial killer had past records of animal abuse and mutilations. Evidently when that thrill wasn't enough, they turned to doing the same thing to people. I guess this is just another example of how our society has become so depraved and desensitized to the violence around us. If God is out there, I wish he'd hurry up and wipe the Earth clean of these sick, twisted people. And I use the term 'people' loosely.

I don't know, maybe a better solution would be to train dogs, cats and other animals how to defend themselves better???
