CONGRATULATIONS TO ANTHONY BURGESS for surviving and completing the long police academy process. Ant has been away for a long time studying and training to keep the streets of DC/VA under control. He had absolutely no time to tend to the MPFL shop while he was away. Now that he is returning, THE MPFL SYSTEM WILL BE IN FULL EFFECT!!!. I toned down the promotion until he got back.
