To whom it may concern:

I , Doug Shanafelt (Rookie) am here to say that I sincerely want to apologize for my win at all cost attitude . I have been approached about my attitude by a few people that know me. To tell you the truth one was more than enough.Yesterday I spent time thinking about what I had done .After a few hours of thought I apologized to a few people that I offended. There are probably more that I don't know about.

I am going to try and take this bad situation (that I caused ) and make it into something positive. I have not figured out the In's and Out's yet but do know the following.
It is a hobby, the word fun should be use very much.
I told Mich Joe " I hate this game but love it " I didn't really know what I meant when I said it but i do now. I hated what I let it do to me.
I wanted to make a name for myself as a winner by winning. I now know that there are many ofter ways to be considered a winner. If I would have looked at the top of the miniature football coaches association page I would have seen what I should play for UNITY,INTEGRITY, and FELLOWSHIP.

I don't want to go into a long minite by minite rundown of how I screwed up but would rather say I am sorry and ask for all to forgive me. I truly believe I have clarity and direction in my EFL life at this time. It will never be about winning at all cost again. It also will not be about winning period.

New member with a new goal UNITY, INTEGRITY, and FELLOWSHIP.
Thanks for reading
