Default New Nike Uniforms???

With Nike replacing Reebok next year check out theses fan created uniforms. I like them alot, but they would be very hard to paint.

Horrendous! I would choke if the Chiefs went with that look.

Default DEAR LORD

While reebok seems to have lost its deal with the NFL to Nike

...the key phrase with these is "fan created". I don't think any company would put the patriots in those clown costumes...

How much of uniform design is the company saying "YOU WILL WEAR THIS!" and how much is the team deciding what they will wear?

Also does the league have rules dictating how often teams can change the look of their uniform?

Default Some Were OK

Some of the uniforms were OK, but I think more work must be done to clean up their look. The Patriots uniform was the most grotesque uniform of them all.

I really liked the new shape of the helmets. Among the helmets the Cardinals, Jets, and Titans were the best over all. The helmet picture files were too big to upload. The Patriots picture file was not.

Oh no! Im sure when Nike was pitching their uniforms to The NFL for the uniform contract, new ideas were presented. Even though these uniforms are not or may not be NFL approved as of yet, dont be surprised if we see them on special occasions come 2012. For example Monday Night or Sunday Night Football. Just another way to sell jerseys. There is a reason these uniforms are already hitting all those blogs. Nike as well as the NFL will use these blogs as marketing tools for these jerseys. Im going to buy as much Nike stock as I can in the near future. Nike, The NFL as well as each team get a share from every shirt sold. This is going to be a sticking point in the new NFL and NFL Players Association Labor contract. As of now the players get nothing for shirt sales. I believe, it's their name and they should get something. It's going to be an interesting next two years.
