Interesting that Purdue is still ranked ahead of Virginia despite the head-to-head loss. Purdue has beaten Nebraska and Kentucky, ranked 5th and 10th, respectively. Virginia has beaten Purdue and Florida State, ranked 3rd and 11th, respectively. Purdue's loss is to #4 Virginia; Virginia's loss is to #6 Illinois. Too close to call there.
