For Decal Master

Hey Guys.

I hade the opportunity to talk to DM on your behalf, he understands that he is in the wrong and has every intent to right the ship.

He also was not pleased with the decal paper he received from a company and that set him back, way back. So he has been working on things for you guys, and has read all of your post.

Now I for one understand how each and every one of you feel about this matter. The only concern I have is this,.....

The same way you feel right now about what he has done to you and how you join together to complain , I hope you will be as equal with the praise for the quality of the decals once you receive them.

PS: I'm just trying to keep the peace.

I dont think the guy's are ganging up on decal master, were just trying to understand where the problem is in making the decals. I saw his decals when smitty had some in jacksonville at the miggle convention. That's what made me want to get some of his. They were extremely rich in color with tatoos and all. When i saw them i got on the miggle chat and posted DECALMASTER IS THE MAN ! D-mass posted in april/may he wanted to trade his decals for some figures (buzzball and haiti repro). I sent him a combination of both equalling 16 bags of figures. He's a very nice guy, the only time i spoke with him on the phone is when he called me back giving me his address to send the figures. I must have called 20 to 30 times after i sent the figures but he never called back.

I really needed these decals for the seawall brawl to put on my mantaray's (check out the avatar) and never got them.I then started a new set of black mantaray's for the texas shootout and asked him to send them so i can use them and still never received anything. D- mass just gave a public apology to me and said decals were shipped but i still dont have the decals. So we all want to know what is going on ? Where does the problem lye in filling everyones's order ? If mike beal and beenutt and reg rutledge can take your order and ship out your decals right away (2 days to a week average per the three) Something is seriously wrong if this is taking 6 months. If there is a problem with ink or decal paper, call the other guys who make the same product and ask how they do it so quickly. They all will be more than willing to help.

The funny thing is after reading these post nobody really seems mad at him, they know he has good stuff. Guys are trying to figure out what the heck is he doing. You must take care of your customers before anything else in business. you posted everybody wants but noone want to give, i think 16 bags of figures is quite alot, i also sent them 2 day priority so he could finish up his projects. Sending something 2day priority x waiting 6 months for the return is quite excessive !

Once again we are not ganging up on him, but it would be nice if he came on and told us exactly what happened to cause these massive delay's. You would be amazed that a simple phone call to your business customers would alleviate any tension and foster understanding .

Ant, what's happenening on the dvd front, remember i ordered two. The early word is it is put together extremely well !!!!!!!!!!!

Man things are on track I'm waiting for them to come back from the manufacturer. See there are many thieves out there who want to steel ( Bootleg) others hard work, so I hade to protect my work, I'm sure you can understand that. Anyone who orders the DVD will get it. I have 100 DVD's coming. And for any and all Bootlegers out there. Let this serve as your only warning, (I will press chargers), so try it !
If your name is not on the master list and you have it, to bad for you, LOL, LOL

Would you like it if someone stole something of value from you? Then don't steel from them. Bootlegging is steeling and it's a crime !

I have every thing ready to ship out, postage paid. Just waiting for the order to come in. I was told 5-8 days

I understandstand what your saying about DM. There was a time when I paid for something and didn't get it on time. But there is a saying do unto other as you would have them do unto you. So I put myself in this other persons place and asked myself how would I want others to treat me in this matter. So I was just patience. I didn't throw him under the bus, I didn't put his business on the board, I didn't co-sign on any negative post about him.

You guys are right in what your saying, but you can be wrong in your actions. Was there a family issue, money issue, personal issue, was he sick ? No one knows for sure. So the best thing to do is to be patience.

Yea I agree he could have resopnded and should have, but he didn't. So ?
