Watching the PATS destroy the FINS, and they said Wes Walker is 2 catches shy of 100 catches in a single season. Moss has 20 TDs, Owens has 16. Who has ever eclipsed the 100 catch milestone in a single MF season? How about Rushes? I actually thought that an entire season in the MPFL would have produced either of these numbers, but only AB's mini-me had 100 Rush Attempts; while Big Keith, Kevin Boddie and Tom Johnson had 80+ Pass Attempts. My Thomas Jones (CHI) last year had 80 Rush Attempts. So, that's all I have to compare with. What 'bout ya'll?

You know man I would really encourage you to wait until next season wraps before you evaluate the statistics. Most of us are going into our third season and evolving into real masters of the MPFL gameplay. I myself am all but certain that I will compete far above and beyond what I have ever done in the past just due to the fact that my new 49ers team has rich depth and my gameplans are tweaked to be more fundamentally sound. With 6-months to prepare the stats will be more like what you'd expect as everyone upgrades based on past experience.

It's going to be hard to complete 100 catches in a 10 game season. To rush 100 times is more realistic.

The guys who didn't try to run were mostly guys who play other systems. The one thing that will cause this system to spread slow is the time and effort spent on coaching...actual coaching is a trial and error process. A minimal amount of time is spent on TT Passing and base tweaking and this is very different for newcomers.

We had Don up for our Super Bowl and I will try to get him to log in on this discussion as an outsider's POV.

I've found 100+ Rushing Attempts and Completions, but not Catches by a single receiver. E-ROB's Andrews out in L.A. had 195 Carries in 12 games!!!

Who can do that Receiving???
