Opinions on promoting

[NEW CASTLE HiTMEN]

On Saturday January 26th I am having people over my place to hopefully try and start a league. So far there are only 4 of us who are going to play but I have at least six others who are going to come over to just see what the game has evolved into. All of us have the kind of jobs where we need to be on call 24/7 so its hard to join a pre-existing league. So my question is How can I promote this hobby?
