Default History will be hard to repeat...

As we were watching the G-men pull out the win in OT i started to think... which will be harder to repeat? 1 of 2 things will happen, Either the Pats will finish off the first 19-0 season, or 2 Brothers will have won back to back superbowls. Just wondering which you guys thought would be the hardest one to repeat... My personal vote is for Back 2 Back superbowl wins by brothers, It might be another 35 years or so, but my guess is someday another team will run the table and go undefeated again. What do you guys think?

To me that is an easy one. Two brothers winning back to back to the Super Bowls hands down. Not just winning but at least two brothers going to the Super Bowl back to back is harder. When half of the team is starting in the Pro Bowl then it is pretty easy to go undefeated. If only the Colts had cooperated then maybe we would have seen two brothers opposing each other in the Super Bowl.

I'd also have to go for back-to-back wins by brothers as seeming the far less likely event. It was/is always a matter of statistical probability that another team would (will) eventually have a perfect season. But... it is not an impossibility given the circumstances of this coming matchup between a Patriots team which has started to show flaws and weaknesses in its game, and a Giants team which along with its young QB is surging.

Lightbulb I got it

There will be another undefeated team about 35 years from now

And if history proves us something, it will be the JETS

I'm pulling for the Giants, but if I was a gambler, I'd be all over the Patriots.
